Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure the Equipment

  Place the tool, along with all original manuals, batteries, and accessories, into its original manufacturer packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of the shipping box, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the tool's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
